They will donate a portion of their book sales to our new FoL chapter,

to help support the Seminole Heights Library.


Poetry Contest --

On any book themed topic, written in a format of the authors choice: limerick, haiku, etc.  Entries will be read and voted on during the event with a prize given to the winner.


Raffle/Silent Auction --

Great opportunity to support your library and a great value when you win items donated by our local businesses.


Menu includes --

The Heights Bruschetta - Fresh Mozzarella, Tomatoes, Basil, and Cucumber, served with Herbed Crostini

 

Southwest Hummus - Black bean and Chickpea Puree, topped with fresh Black Bean and Corn Salsa, served with toasted Cumin Pita Sticks

 

Zucchini Barrels - Herbed Goat Cheese, Roasted Red Pepper, and Chive rolled into barrel shaped zucchinis

 

Smoked Salmon Dill Cups - Hollowed out cucumber cup stuffed with smoked salmon and dill cream

 

Smoked Brisket Gorgonzola Crostini - Herbed Crostini topped with smoked brisket, caramelized onions, and gorgonzola

 

Zappoles - Miniature Italian donuts with either cinnamon sugar or chocolate drizzle
